Job description

Following a very successful year, a Senior Ecologist is required to join a smaller environmental consultancy in Canterbury as part of their continued growth plans. You will join a flexible company in the heart of Canterbury to work on a range of selected projects.

You will join an existing team to work on local projects across the South-East where you will lead on projects and be responsible for all stages from tender through to completion. You’ll work as part of a wider business including Landscape, Arb, and technical teams and make contributions for species mitigating licensing, EIA projects, and HRA.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A degree in Ecology or closely related subject
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • A full UK drivers license

This role is ideal for an engineer with around 3 years of experience, ready to take on both site supervision and office-based reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will be involved in the planning, execution, and analysis of ground investigation projects.
