Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking a Senior EC&I Engineer to support the Fuel Integrity Project, delivering advanced monitoring and sampling solutions for safety‑critical operations. You will derive engineered EC&I concepts, specify instrumentation and control systems, and contribute to regulatory compliance across regulated environments.

Candidates should have proven CE&I project delivery experience, skills in optioneering and requirements management, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Proven CE&I project delivery experience in regulated industries.
• Experience in down-selecting process instrumentation and control systems.
• Strong requirements management and optioneering skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with safety standards and nuclear licensing conditions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Derive high‑level EC&I solutions via structured optioneering.
• Specify instrumentation and control systems to meet plant safety needs.
• Perform plant walkdowns and produce design documentation.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Support delivery of safety-critical monitoring and sampling solutions.
