The Role

As a Senior EC&I Designer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be taking designs and developing solutions for our Tails Management Facility (TMF) or our Reprocessed Uranium (RepU) project.

Day-to-day, you’ll contribute to the preparation and production of drawings that meet the agreed quality, time and cost requirements.

• Promote effective co-operation across design and other functional teams
• Allocate discipline tasks to team of designers and check team outputs
• Advise in selection of correct methods and tools for tasks
• Assist in resolution of technical queries and development of discipline solutions
• Fulfil design lead responsibilities when required
  
  

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Experience Required Of The Senior EC&I Designer

• Experience in detailed design environment
• Great knowledge of CAD tools
• Experience of working with multi-discipline teams
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  
  

Qualifications For The Senior EC&I Designer

• HNC / HND level qualified in relevant engineering subject
• Member of a professional institute preferred
