Job summary

Orano is seeking a Principal Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) design engineer in Warrington (hybrid). You will lead a design team and provide EC&I expertise throughout the project life cycle, from concept to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in nuclear or regulated environments and a relevant BEng(Hons) degree. Benefits include a competitive salary, medical insurance, a non-contributory pension scheme, and 25 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years professional experience in a nuclear site or other highly regulated site.
• Chartership or working towards it.
• Capable of delivering and checking design solutions to required standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team for EC&I projects and deliver design solutions.
• Manage EC&I requirements and project schedules.
• Provide technical input for bids and tender documentation.
