The post holder will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary framework, providing staff training, specialist assessments, clinical support, and time-limited interventions. They will serve as an expert resource and contact point within the team, demonstrating highly specialised communication and problem-solving skills, especially in risk prioritisation.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) delivers health and care services for over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, physical health, and all-age disability care, across multiple locations including Cheshire, Wirral, Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton, and Liverpool. We employ approximately 4,500 staff across 73 sites.

Our mission is to improve community lives through a compassionate, person-centred approach. We are rated Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission and overall Good.
