Design & Simulation: Lead the design of earthing systems and perform lightning protection risk assessments (BSEN 62305).
Site Visits: Conduct testing and inspection of protection systems at substations, power stations, and renewable energy sites.
Client Engagement: Manage key client relationships, resolve queries, and communicate technical outputs clearly.
Report Writing: Deliver detailed technical reports and review junior team members' outputs.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior engineers and graduates to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
Essential: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Desirable: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in earthing & lightning protection design, assessments, and field testing.

Skills & Attributes
Proficiency in CDEGS, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of UK standards for electrical infrastructure.
Willingness to travel extensively and work onsite (2-4 nights away/week).
Demonstrated ability to support and develop junior team members.
Collaborative, inquisitive, respectful, and highly accurate in technical work.
