You'll be a trusted technical expert, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.Key responsibilities include:Leading and delivering technically demanding HV earthing projects independentlyManaging client relationships and ensuring project delivery is aligned with technical and commercial expectationsMentoring and supporting Design, Assistant and Graduate EngineersConducting advanced earthing studies using CDEGS software (MALZ, MALT, RESAP, HI-FREQ, FCDIST, TRALIN)Leading site-based engineering assessments and investigationsReviewing and authorising reports and drawings, offering high-level feedbackChairing design meetings with internal teams and external clientsAdvising on complex studies including impressed voltage and lightning protection assessments
