Whether you're looking to grow technically, lead teams, or contribute to sustainable energy solutions, this is an environment where your career can truly take off.Your RoleAs a Senior Engineer, you'll lead the full lifecycle of earthing design projects from inception through to completion. You'll be a trusted technical expert, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.Key responsibilities include:Leading and delivering technically demanding HV earthing projects independentlyManaging client relationships and ensuring project delivery is aligned with technical and commercial expectationsMentoring and supporting Design, Assistant and Graduate EngineersConducting advanced earthing studies using CDEGS software (MALZ, MALT, RESAP, HI-FREQ, FCDIST, TRALIN)Leading site-based engineering assessments and investigationsReviewing and authorising reports and drawings, offering high-level feedbackChairing design meetings with internal teams and external clientsAdvising on complex studies including impressed voltage and lightning protection assessments
