Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Exeter seeks an experienced Early Years Supervisor to lead a dedicated team under our exciting curriculum “Where Children Shine.” You will ensure high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS and support professional development across your room.

You will mentor staff, uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards, and maintain strong communication with families about each child’s progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification and full relevant Early Years Education or Childcare qualification.
• Experience leading a nursery room and supporting team members to progress in their roles.
• Strong safeguarding and health and safety focus to ensure children’s wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a well-established team delivering high-quality care and education.
• Promote school readiness and ensure safe, stimulating environments in your room.
• Support efficient organisation to help the nursery run smoothly.
• Mentor team members and provide opportunities for professional development.
