LOCATION: Esher Area
HOURS: 32–45 per week – Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
SALARY: Starting at £13.50 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Heart: Inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding care and early education for children aged 2–5.
• Be the Spark: Create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.
• Safeguard & Support: Step up as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed and champion child protection policies.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Build meaningful relationships with parents, carers, colleagues, and local professionals.
• Drive Success: Help grow the nursery’s reputation and occupancy while supporting daily operations and managing resources wisely.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Proven leadership skills—confident in guiding and mentoring a team
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and early years frameworks
• A great communicator who loves working in a team and values family partnerships
• A deep passion for early childhood education and helping every child reach their full potential

Bonus Points for:

• Experience as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or similar leadership role
• Familiarity with children aged 2–5
• Experience working with local authorities and early years frameworks
