Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them reach key milestones in a safe, caring environment.

The role requires a Level 3 EY qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, EYFS safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to encourage development towards milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves and to foster a lifelong love of learning.
