Link3 Recruitment is looking for an experienced (Senior) Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery located in the SE6 area in London.

You ll be part of a nurturing and enthusiastic team that provides high-quality care and education to children aged 0 5. You'll help deliver creative learning experiences, support children s development, and ensure they feel safe, happy, and valued. You ll lead by example, support junior staff, and help shape a positive, stimulating learning environment where children can thrive.

Key Requirements:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting
  • A good understanding of the EYFS
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A love for working with young children and helping them grow
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
