Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to join our team at Little Flyers Broxburn.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Provide individualized support to each child's needs
Monitor and document children's progress
Collaborate with parents and staff to support child's development
Promote positive behavior management and social-emotional growth
Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Stay updated on early childhood education practices

Skills:

Experience with young children in childcare or early education
Proficient in English, verbal and written
Knowledge of early childhood development principles
Creative teaching methods
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Passionate about quality care and education

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,555.00-£27,737.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
