Job summary

Kids Planet Apley is recruiting a Senior Early Years Educator to join our caring, family-run group. You’ll work closely with the Room Leader to deliver high-quality care and learning aligned with EYFS, planning engaging activities and supporting children’s curiosity and development.

You’ll bring at least a Level 2 UK early years qualification, strong EYFS understanding, and safeguarding knowledge to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for every child.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK recognised Level 2 early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Solid knowledge of safeguarding children and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support Room Leader in guiding teams to deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote curiosity and development.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, fostering an inclusive environment.
