Job summary

Kids Planet Swinton is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to join our team. You will work closely with the Room Leader to deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, ensuring every activity aligns with EYFS.

You will bring Level 2 UK EY qualifications, strong EYFS understanding, and safeguarding knowledge. We offer training, career development, and a supportive, inclusive environment across our nurseries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences, ensuring activities align with EYFS.
• Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child thrives.
