Job summary

Stockingford Nursery School is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to join a friendly team caring for children aged 2-4. The role involves acting as a key person for a group, supporting learning alongside Nursery Teachers, and liaising with families to ensure the best educational start.

The post is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Friday, with safeguarding and health and safety training required.

Qualifications

• You will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Experience working with 2-4 year olds is required.
• You will understand and follow Nursery policies, safeguarding and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Be a key person for a group of children and support their learning alongside Nursery Teachers.
• Liaise closely with families to ensure the best start to education.
• Work flexibly across classes with children aged 2-4 years.
