You will plan, prepare and implement engaging activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while meeting safeguarding and EYFS standards.

Qualifications

• Level 2 UK early years qualification is required.
• Excellent EYFS understanding.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
• Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development.
• By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
