Kids Planet George Eliot is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team. You will help deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences, working closely with the Room Leader to support children's development.

How you'll make a difference as a Senior Early Years Educator:

• By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
• Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development.
• By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.

What a Senior Early Years Educator needs:

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
