Job summary

Kids Planet Cheadle Royal is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator for a part-time role (30 hours per week across three days). You will work closely with the Room Leader to deliver high-quality care and learning in an EYFS environment, supporting children’s curiosity and development.

The role requires at least Level 2 in a UK recognised early years qualification, extensive safeguarding knowledge, and a passion for inclusive, child-centred education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
• Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development.
• By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
