Job Description:

C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a private equity firm, located in Central London. A fantastic opportunity for a driven Executive Assistant to support 2 Managing Partners in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Position: Executive Assistant

Hybrid setup: 5 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide extensive diary management to 2 Managing Partners and other senior executives as required.
• Organising extensive and complex global travel with accommodation and all other logistics.
• Scheduling internal and external meetings, including working closely with the investor relations team to co-ordinate complex meetings, speaking engagements and board attendance.
• Board co-ordination - attending and scheduling meetings.
• Relationship Management - cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investor meetings and events, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
• Document preparation: producing, formatting and typing documents.
• Project co-ordination - keeping track of timelines, milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
• Supporting the wider team with events.
• Stepping in to cover other EAs and guiding junior assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Background and Experience Required:

• Must have experience working as an EA in a similar role supporting at C-suite/senior level.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work with discretion and tact.
• A flexible approach, available to support out of hours when needed.
