Job description

Tiger Private is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support an UHNW individual based in Monaco.

This is an exciting and dynamic role, requiring a hands-on, proactive EA to manage the principal’s complex diary, extensive travel arrangements, and private lifestyle needs, including the coordination and follow-up of health appointments. You will also oversee legal and administrative matters within the private office, liaising with lawyers and managing contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, and contractor relationships for the Monaco residence.

The role includes frequent travel, during which you will manage the principal’s daily schedule of meetings, events, and appointments. You will lead a team of three PAs, ensuring seamless coordination across the wider team, and will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and improving talent retention.

The ideal candidate will be discreet, highly organised, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. They must be flexible, available around the clock, and able to operate across time zones as needed. A confident problem-solver with strong communication skills, they will act as a true ambassador for the principal. A tech-savvy approach is essential, with the ability to support the principal in using platforms such as Google Drive, GDocs, Dropbox, and more.

Candidates must hold a valid right to work in the EU.
