Job description

About Us

We’re a fast-growing marketing & E-Commerce agency that partners with ambitious brands to deliver high-performing solutions. With a focus on E-Commerce, we combine technical expertise, strategic insight, and creative execution to help our clients thrive in a rapidly evolving commercial landscape.

We’re looking for a Senior E-Commerce Specialist to join our team, someone who can lead from the front, craft powerful growth plans, and bring an innovative edge to how we help our clients scale online.

What You'll Do

As a Senior E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll take a strategic and hands-on role in helping our clients achieve growth through smarter execution of E-Commerce. You’ll be responsible for:

Strategic Planning

  • Take the lead on translating client goals and our broader E-Commerce strategy into actionable development and growth plans. Present these internally and externally, and work closely with clients and tech partners to execute effectively.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up to date on platform updates, E-Commerce innovations, and emerging technologies. Share insights internally and with clients to keep us one step ahead.

Competitor & Market Research

  • Conduct ongoing client competitor analysis not just to benchmark performance, but to seek inspiration from other industries and spark creative ideas for client stores.

Project Management

  • Own the development roadmaps across multiple clients from store builds and new features to long-term optimisations. You’ll keep everything on track and ensure progress is aligned with client KPIs and timelines.

Data Management

  • Manage the upload, structuring, and ongoing optimisation of client product catalogues and large data sets, ensuring they’re presented in a user-friendly, high-converting format that enhances both UX and SEO performance.

Collaborative UX & Design

  • Work closely with our Creative team to bring data-driven improvements to store UX, from new layouts and landing pages to promotional flows that improve conversion.

Tech Partnerships

  • Liaise with third-party tech providers to oversee the installation, configuration, and performance of E-Commerce apps and plug-ins.

Client Stack Optimisation

  • Dive into each client’s full tech ecosystem, from ERPs to CRMs, and find ways we can simplify, automate, or integrate systems more effectively through development or partnerships.

Performance Analysis

  • Regularly review client store performance using analytics tools, suggest improvements, and work with stakeholders to hit commercial goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an E-Commerce role, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment
  • Strong understanding of the BigCommerce platform (certification a bonus)
  • Commercial and strategic mindset, comfortable with client-facing discussions and targets
  • Experience being part of projects from discovery through to launch and optimisation
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps, etc.) and conversion rate optimisation techniques
  • Great communication skills - written, visual, and verbal
  • Confident working cross-functionally with creative, development, and leadership teams
  • Passionate about innovation, technology, and retail

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Supportive, forward-thinking team culture
  • Opportunities to shape how we grow as a business
  • Work with exciting clients across a range of sectors
  • Career development pathways with training and certifications
