Your New Role...
Ready to be part of something spellbinding? The E-Commerce team at the Harry Potter Shop are the brains behind our online presence across the UK, US, and Japan. We're not just running a website, we're driving a global retail experience that brings the Wizarding World to life for millions of fans. From revenue and profit to seamless operations, we own the performance of the business end-to-end. Working closely with our store and head office teams, we’re a tight-knit crew making magic happen every day.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory, while collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and tech. This role involves executing digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media to drive traffic and sales, as well as analysing performance data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. You'll develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and enhance the customer experience, optimise the website for usability and mobile responsiveness, manage third-party vendor relationships, and monitor key performance indicators like traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and profit
