I am excited to partner again with one of the UK’s biggest & well-loved streetwear brands to find a new Senior E-commerce Manager. This role offers a brand new office space and a well-established team culture, perfect for a manager seeking the next step in their career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing the online strategy across three managed sites.
  • Working closely with the Head of Digital to manage the ecommerce team.
  • Optimizing product listings and driving online marketing initiatives to increase sales and engagement.
  • Managing overall P&L, including marketing and operational costs.
  • Reporting performance to senior leadership.
  • Managing trading performance at market and regional levels to meet targets.
  • Reviewing and approving commercial plans for various markets.
  • Leading digital teams to ensure strong marketing channel performance.
  • Collaborating with finance for budgeting and operational improvements.
  • Supporting long-term digital strategies.
  • Providing regular updates and insights using analytics tools.
  • Understanding performance channels such as paid media, affiliates, CRM, and SEO.
  • Handling out-of-hours contacts and resolving issues.
  • Adapting to a dynamic environment with flexibility and innovation.
  • Developing trading managers, executives, and merchandisers through regular reviews.
  • Managing team workload and ensuring timely activity execution.
