Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Senior Ebilling Assistant to join the Billing team in Newport. The role provides leadership within the Ebilling area while maintaining hands-on Ebilling and billing responsibilities.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for Ebilling queries, oversee workloads with the Billing Supervisor, and support onboarding and issue resolution to ensure timely, accurate billing across clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Ebilling portals and LEDES formats.
• Deep understanding of the Ebilling lifecycle from upload to approval.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on right-first-time submissions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to guide teammates.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Ebilling queries from Billing team, providing operational support and troubleshooting day to day.
• Assist with onboarding clients to Ebilling platforms, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with client requirements.
• Monitor Ebilling rejections, errors and resubmissions, resolving issues where possible or escalating appropriately.
• Promote 'right first time' and continuous improvement within the billing team, identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
• Provide support and training to team members, supporting their development and building confidence.
• Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to support smooth billing delivery.
