Job Description:

This role can be based in any of our following offices: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, and London.

As a Senior Dynamics CE Technologist, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects within the Financial Services Practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing best practices and ensuring a high standard of working practices
• Following design specifications and asking questions where necessary
• Meeting client needs, expectations, and standards to ensure high-quality output
• Developing peers through knowledge sharing and professional development
• Participating in the Technologist community
• Producing workable solutions to a range of problems
• Understanding Development standards
• Demonstrating solid understanding of MS Dynamics and relevant Azure technologies
• Analyzing numerical data, verbal data, and other information sources
• Probing for further information or understanding of problems
• Understanding how individual issues fit into larger systems
• Managing time effectively
• Identifying roles needed to accomplish tasks
• Identifying developmental strategies for career growth and utilizing training opportunities
• Focusing on customer needs and satisfaction
• Setting high standards for quality and productivity
• Monitoring and maintaining quality and efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:

• Dynamics 365 Accreditations
• Skills in C#, ASP.Net, Python, Java, JSON
• Enterprise CRM experience
• Experience delivering multiple complex projects
• Customer engagement and management experience
• Strong communication skills, including proposal and RFI/RFP experience
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking industry is a plus
