What are we looking for?
Solution Architects with deep Microsoft Dynamics knowledge to help clients design solutions, improve customer experiences, and integrate new technology into their organizations. This role is outcome-oriented, within a creative and dynamic team serving financial services clients.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should:
- Lead solution design and architecture through design authorities and business change forums
- Have deep understanding of Microsoft technology stack, including D Customer Service, Power Platform, AI builder, prompt builder, and Azure services
- Possess a strong background in D Customer Service module, case management, SLA management, routing, and contact management
- Design integration architecture interfacing with enterprise platforms like Active Directory and Exchange
- Configure email classification, entity extraction, and case handling with Power Automate and AI Builder
- Understand Dataverse as part of solutions
- Have a Financial Services background, especially in Capital Markets and back-office procedures
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead teams and ensure delivery governance, including technical leadership of junior staff
- Create PoCs and present features to clients
