Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer in London to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will lead the automation strategy, define tooling standards, and drive CI/CD integration while also supporting manual testing to ensure quality across CRM solutions and integrations.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Platform Engineers to improve release confidence and reduce defects in customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Model-Driven Applications, Dataverse, Business Rules and Process Flows.
• Experience with DevOps & CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead automation strategy, framework development, and tooling standards.
• Define test coverage targets and quality gates; implement CI/CD integration.
• Execute manual testing where automation is not practical.
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys across Dynamics 365 and integrations.
• Develop and maintain automated API test suites for REST APIs.
