Job summary

Nine Twenty in Scotland (Glasgow) is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant on a contract to lead a major review of the Microsoft ecosystem. You will audit the current environment, identify improvement areas, and deliver a roadmap for governance, security, deployment and scalability, working with senior stakeholders and technical teams to define best practices.

This contract offers hybrid working in Scotland with day rates ranging from £350 to £550 depending on experience

Qualifications

Strong track record delivering Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Experience in architecture, governance and environment strategy.
Experience conducting technical reviews or platform audits.
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and presenting findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead a full audit of the Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment.
Review solution architecture, customisations and integrations.
Assess Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and overall environment design.
Evaluate governance, security model and deployment processes.
Identify risks, technical debt and optimisation opportunities.
Deliver a structured report with clear recommendations and roadmap.
Provide guidance on best practice for ongoing platform management and development.
