Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Senior Software Developer in Bridgend to lead customization of Dynamics 365 CRM and drive integration with Azure Cloud and our Power Platform ecosystem. You will design plugins, workflows, and web applications tied to CRM using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, while mentoring peers and shaping architectural roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across multiple modules (CS, Sales, Field Service, Marketing/Commerce).
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft Power Platform required.
• Strong web development skills (C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Customize and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
• Integrate client APIs into Dynamics 365 via Azure Cloud services and Power Platform.
• Design and develop plugins, workflows, and custom entities to enhance CRM functionality.
