Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365/Dataverse Developer in the United Kingdom to design, build and integrate enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions. You will implement C# plugins, APIs, and workflows while ensuring secure data modelling and scalable architectures.

You will work within an Agile team, crafting Dataverse integrations, PCF components, and Power Platform automations, plus modern authentication schemes and REST/Web APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience.
• Strong experience developing C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Workflow Activities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse architecture, solution design, and data modelling.
• Experience building integrations using Dataverse Web APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, REST APIs, OAuth.
• Experience with PCF Controls, Power Apps, Power Automate, Custom Web Resources.
• Strong experience using Visual Studio for Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated unit tests using MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices: Unit Testing, TDD, Mocking, Code Quality, Secure Coding.
• Source Control and Branching Strategies; experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security architecture and its impact on customisations and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems.
