Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to deliver advanced Dataverse solutions in a hybrid London/Manchester setting. You will design, build, and test plugins, APIs, and workflows that integrate with external systems and ensure security considerations are embedded in the architecture.

The role demands strong C# development, expertise in Dataverse, and hands-on experience with Visual Studio and VS Code.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience.
• Strong experience developing C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Workflow Activities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse architecture, solution design, and data modelling.
• Microsoft Dataverse Web APIs
• OAuth and modern authentication mechanisms
• Strong experience using Microsoft Visual Studio for Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code for Power Platform, PCF, JavaScript, TypeScript, and automation development.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated unit tests using MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security architecture and its impact on customisations and integrations.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
