Job summary

Expleo UK LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer in the Greater London area. The role requires deep hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development, strong Microsoft cloud experience and a track record of delivering scalable enterprise solutions on the Microsoft stack.

You will drive technical leadership across delivery programmes, work with Product Owners and Architects, and shape architecture while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE development and cloud architecture.
• Strong ability to design, build and support scalable Microsoft solutions.
• Proven technical leadership across complex enterprise delivery programmes.
• Experience with Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure-based solutions.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern ALM practices.
• Experience supporting agile delivery, Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using C#, .NET, plugins and Web API.
• Extend and customise Model-Driven Apps for complex processes.
• Design robust integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop Power Platform solutions including Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Design and implement cloud-native integrations using Azure services.
• Develop Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management.
• Build scalable, secure integration architectures with Azure best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for Dynamics and Power Platform teams.
• Lead design workshops and technical discovery sessions.
• Review solution designs and code, establish engineering standards.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and support governance activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing initiatives.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design.
