Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management or team leadership role.
• Strong operational awareness and confident decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for venue operations, acting as Duty Manager during shifts.
• Oversee race control, track operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train and develop venue staff; manage rotas and staffing levels.
• Coordinate event timings and operational requirements across departments.
• Maintain records and reporting to GM, Ops, and HR.
