• Autonomous clinical specialist within MDT providing dramatherapy assessment and intervention.
• Assess, plan, undertake and evaluate dramatherapy sessions (group/individual).
• Manage waiting list and complete risk assessments and patient records.
• Integrate with primary MDT meetings and supervise other dramatherapists as required.
• Lead on service innovation as delegated by the Arts Therapies Leadership Team or line manager.
