Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in Sutton seeks a senior dosimetrist or related role for maternity cover of 13 months. The post centers on external-beam planning using RayStation with VMAT techniques across multiple sites in a specialist centre.

We require a strong dosimetry background, with broad knowledge of treatment planning, image fusion and IRMER-compliant duties. Training and development are supported in a demanding, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent.
• HCPC registration as Radiographer.
• MSc in Radiotherapy or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, high-quality dosimetry service for Radiotherapy.
• Perform conformal, IMRT, VMAT and SABR planning for multiple sites.
• Assist with image fusion of CT/MR/PET and outlining of OARs.
