Job summary

ECO Approach Ltd is expanding its Retrofit Division in the Northwest from Preston, seeking a Domestic Heating Field Manager to oversee a team of 15–28 engineers. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive performance across Service & Repair and Boiler Installation streams for a major energy client.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, training delivery, client liaison, and onboarding new engineers while maintaining high service standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving license.
• Strong technical understanding of domestic gas appliances, heating systems and boiler installation.
• Experience managing a field-based team of engineers and/or contractors.
• Solid knowledge of industry compliance, standards and health and safety.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational delivery of one or more domestic heating contracts.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive improvements within the team.
• Provide technical support and ensure health & safety compliance across works.
• Deliver toolbox talks and training to keep the team up to date.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet recruitment targets and onboarding requirements.
