Flexible Shifts: Full-time positions available:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Personal Care & Support - Help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Companionship & Emotional Support - Build meaningful relationships with clients
• Healthcare Assistance - Administer medication, PEG, and follow care plans
• Meal Preparation - Ensure clients have nutritious, home-cooked meals
• Behaviour Management - Support individuals with specific behavioural needs
• Transport Assistance - Drive clients to school, appointments, and social activities (up to a 15-mile radius)
• Monitoring & Reporting - Keep accurate records and report any health or behaviour changes

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Caregiving - Particularly with children, dementia, or behavioural support (preferred)
• A Valid UK Driving Licence with Business Insurance - Essential for this role
• Strong Communication & Compassion - Ability to connect with clients and families
• Reliability & Dedication - A passion for making a difference
