Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote safety throughout all activities.
  • Owning, controlling, and managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipting, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution to project and client teams, supply chain, and contractors.
  • Providing professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing and implementing procedures to deliver excellent DM services.
  • Developing strong relationships with client teams, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system synergy.
  • Providing regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project information security standards.
