Job description

Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes, promoting a safety-first culture in all activities.
  • Manage the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution among project stakeholders.
  • Provide professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Lead a team of document controllers and/or assistants as required, developing and implementing procedures and guidance to deliver exemplary DM services.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system synergy.
  • Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as per project requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of documentation, adhering to company and project security standards.
