Job description

Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Health and Safety processes are followed, emphasizing safety throughout all activities.
  • Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Providing professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing and implementing procedures to deliver exemplary DM services.
  • Building relationships with client teams, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system compatibility and effective communication.
  • Reporting on document status regularly, including drawings, RFIs/TQs, and technical submissions, as per project requirements.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring secure storage of documentation, adhering to security protocols.
