Kilnbridge is currently seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our site-based team, supporting Heathrow Airport s investment programme, focused on upgrading Terminal 2 baggage handling facilities and systems.
As the Senior Document Controller, you ll lead documentation control functions on site, ensuring streamlined project coordination and compliance. You ll work extensively within Autodesk Construction Cloud and CEMAR, providing expert-level support for document management and contractual communications while contributing to the success of this high-profile project.
What you'll do
Manage and implement project-specific document control procedures.
Oversee document processing, drawing registration, and distribution workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud and CEMAR.
Supervise and maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems aligned with Kilnbridge and client protocols.
Format and issue correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes with a high degree of accuracy.
Collaborate with the site team to maintain live records, registers, and compliance logs.
Support the compilation of handover documentation and close-out materials for submission to the client.
What You ll Bring
Experience in a document control or administration role within construction or engineering.
Proven expertise using Autodesk Construction Cloud and CEMAR(desirable)
Familiarity with large infrastructure environments experience working at Heathrow is strongly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and highly competent in formatting and reporting.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
