Job description

Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote safety throughout all activities.
  • Manage the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution among project team, client, supply chain, and contractors.
  • Provide professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Lead a team of document controllers and/or assistants as required, developing and implementing procedures and guidance to deliver exemplary DM services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client teams, supply chain, and contractors to ensure system synergy and effective document management.
  • Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submission statuses, as per project or contract requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project information security standards.
