Job description

Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote safety throughout all activities.
  • Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining data accuracy, in line with internal and external requirements.
  • Providing professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing procedures and guidance to deliver excellent service.
  • Building relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system integration and effective communication.
  • Providing progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as required by the project.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring secure storage of documentation, adhering to security policies.
