Overview

Senior Planning Officer - Development Management, Staffordshire. £45 per hour guide. Job Ref - 61125. Initial 6 Month Contract. Carrington West are delighted to be assisting this Staffordshire-based Local Authority with their search for two Senior Planning Officers to join their Development Management team. The roles are ideal for experienced planners confident handling a varied caseload including minors, complex minors, and some majors.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload including minors, complex minors, and some major planning applications.
• Contribute to case progression, potential pre-apps, decisions, and post-decision monitoring as appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance planning outcomes.

Working Arrangements
