Job description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Distribution Executive to join our Distribution department. You will report to the Group Head of Distribution and will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Group Head of Distribution to develop bespoke account plans and goals for business partners.
  2. Manage day-to-day coordination with Underwriting teams and partners to ensure deliverables are met or alternative plans are implemented.
  3. Identify opportunities with brokers that align with TMK's business plan for approval and execution.
  4. Manage facility tenders for clients and coordinate stakeholders to develop compelling business cases for approval.
  5. Collaborate with underwriting teams to maximize opportunities.
  6. Develop strategic and ad hoc analysis reports with recommendations for approval.
  7. Produce key broker performance reports for senior management and executive engagement.
  8. Work closely with underwriting teams to build, track, and follow up on pipeline opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of underwriting systems, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You should be capable of managing strategic projects and producing accurate analytics and reports. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior underwriters, is essential.
