THE TEAM
Launched in 2010, our well-established, high performing and busy Transaction Services Team (TST) help Addleshaw Goddard deliver a world class service to its clients. We were the first team of its kind in the UK, and continue to innovate by delivering work in the most efficient way, saving our clients time and money. We are now one of the Firm's biggest divisions, with our team being made up of apprentices, paralegals, managers and solicitors.
Our team members focus on tasks that are found in a wide variety of legal assignments but which do not necessarily need to be done by qualified lawyers, including process elements of transactional, advisory and contentious work. We are supported by the use of technology and play a key role in enabling Addleshaw Goddard to respond to client demand for more innovative and better value services.

THE ROLE
This role would be based in our Central TST Disputes team in either Manchester or Leeds. It is a fee earning role with a specific focus on Everlaw. Everlaw is a third party cloud based document review platform and Addleshaw Goddard's instance of it is administered by the TST.
We are looking for someone to help us to manage our Everlaw offering. The role will include:
• supporting with the management of TST's relationship with Everlaw, including for troubleshooting, training and for keeping up to date with new functionality;
• coordinating the provision of TST's Everlaw services to the firm;
• sharing comms with the firm about our Everlaw provision;
• supporting with the design and implementation of an appropriate training programme for members of TST to support on Everlaw matters from beginning to end, including providing some of the training;
• supporting with the upskilling of members of the TST team and maintaining a record of skills and knowledge across the TST team;
• providing supervision and support to the TST team and others in the firm in their use of Everlaw;
• trouble shooting and problem solving when issues arise on Everlaw;
• assisting with the resourcing of reviews;
• carrying out all aspects of TST's Everlaw services from scoping, set up, searches, review, redactions and extractions, production, exports and archiving;
• running our Everlaw billing process;
• participating in document reviews and/or project managing document reviews on matters.
In addition, you may, when the business requires, be asked to support on other mainstream Disputes work, such as:
• drafting and producing legal documentation and standard forms
• drafting court forms and issuing court proceedings
• drafting settlement agreements, charging order applications and witness statements
• managing electronic data sites, uploading documentation, and liaising with third parties
• creating bundles and preparing for trial
• checking legal documents for quality, consistency and content and ensuring documents are compliant with the relevant part of the CPR
• providing support to clients on-site, managing their expectations and keeping them updated
• liaising with clients, third parties and the court
• preparing instructions and subsequent correspondence for Counsel
• conducting research and providing findings in a clear and concise manner
• managing time and ensuring deadlines are met
• any additional tasks as required by the business
