Real Chemistry seeks a Senior Director, Strategy to shape high-impact pitch narratives and organic growth initiatives. Hybrid role across US offices or remote within the US, reporting to Enterprise Business Strategy and Growth.

You will build strategic decks, translate complex data into business implications, and lead workshop development to win new business.

Senior Director, Strategy

As part of our centralized Enterprise New Business team, we are looking for a Senior Director, Strategy to help build and shape high-impact pitch narratives and organic growth initiatives across the organization.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

The Role

The Senior Director, Strategy will focus primarily on:

• Supporting and leading enterprise new business opportunities
• Contributing to organic growth initiatives within existing accounts
• Building strategic pitch decks and narrative frameworks
• Supporting and leading workshop development and facilitation

What You’ll Do

Enterprise New Business

• Partner with senior strategy leads to shape pitch strategy and positioning
• Build structured, insight-driven pitch decks that tell a clear and compelling story
• Synthesize clinical, market, competitive, and audience insights into sharp strategic frameworks
• Ensure alignment between strategy, creative, medical, engagement, and data teams

Organic Growth Support

• Shape the development of strategic narratives for expansion opportunities
• Build materials that introduce fresh thinking and elevate client conversations
• Support and/or lead workshop preparation, materials development, and facilitation

Strategic Storytelling

• Translate complex scientific and commercial information into clear business implications
• Establish logical flow and narrative cohesion across presentations
• Elevate the quality, clarity, and confidence of pitch, RFI, and new business materials

Team Structure**

This role sits within the Enterprise Business Strategy and Growth team and reports to the Commercial Strategy Lead. The team partners closely with Commercial, Medical, Creative, Engagement, and Data leadership to build differentiated enterprise opportunities.

Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
