Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic communications, financial communications and reputation management.
• Strong understanding of the City and experience in financial calendar, M&A, IPO and other transactional situations.
• Broad corporate communications and reputation management across multiple sectors and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving new business through pitches and mature networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive networking.

Aufgaben

• Lead a varied portfolio of client accounts with exceptional service delivery and measurable impact.
• Oversee large, complex client strategy and engagement briefs across workstreams.
• Advise clients on high-stakes decisions, developing reputational, regulatory, issues and crisis strategies.
• Manage and develop team members, provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead engagements with limited supervision, including multi-jurisdictional initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clear insights and creativity.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth and expansion.
• Contribute to evolution of DGA's methodologies, tools, and strategies.
• Support firmwide culture-building initiatives.
