Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced senior leader to own the third-party retail sales and partner enablement strategy for Meta hardware across EMEA. The role reports to the VP, Reality Labs Global Retail and oversees a multi-country team responsible for thousands of retail doors.

You will drive revenue, sell-through, and channel expansion while forming strong executive relationships with major retailers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales, channel, or commercial leadership with multi-country EMEA experience.
• 8+ years of people management across multiple countries.
• Proven revenue and sell-through ownership in physical consumer products.
• Deep knowledge of third-party retail, distribution, and trade funding.
• Experience negotiating with major retailers or distributors at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA third-party retail sales and partner enablement business, driving to annual goals.
• Set regional strategy and sales priorities, including account tiering and resourcing.
• Develop and manage retail channels with partner-specific plans, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead regional team spanning account managers, partner engagement, and distribution leads.
• Drive door expansion, market entry, and channel diversification across markets.
• Secure partner-funded co-marketing and integrate retail media as a growth channel.
• Oversee inventory health, returns, and OEM / distributor alignment.
• Communicate with C-suite partners and cross-functional teams to align on forecasts and GTM plans.
