Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading, managing and developing the residential conveyancing team.
• Overseeing a varied range of property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
• Providing technical guidance and support on complex matters.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high professional standards throughout the team.
• Monitoring team performance, capacity and service delivery.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, introducers and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing process and technology improvements.
• Supporting and driving the financial performance of the department.
• Contributing to wider firm strategy and leading change within the team.
